heart spottings

Happy Monday! To start this glorious week, (I just know it is going to be fabulous) I want to share my most recent heart spottings. The last photo is my favorite because it comes courtesy of my four-year-old son. He knows of my heart finding obsession from our nightly walks and is always keeping his eyes open. The delight in his voice as he exclaimed "look mom. the skull's nose is an upside-down heart. take a picture of it for your blog," made my day.

Enjoy, have a delicious week, and keep heart hunting would you!?!

Your four year old is good at heart hunting! I have to try and look for hearts too :) I wonder what my kids could find?

Don't you love it when your child gets a kick out of what you're doing? Love it!

that's the best! I vote that your son gets extra dessert at least once this week!

I found a heart in a dried leaf ... but it looked so sad that after I uploaded the picture, I ended up deciding not to send it ... eye's still open. :)

How darling that you son is spotting hearts for your collection.

Well done, life is meant to be enjoyed and taking the time to enjoy the beauty in the every day has got to be a good plan.

Teaching your son to look for hearts in anything he sees is a metaphor for training him to think positively. It is like teaching him to see the good side to everything. I bet he's going to grow up to be one fantastic guy.
